Terms (generated directly from XDI Contract)

1. SP is a member of the Identity Commons in Excellent standing
2. To access the services provided by SP under this contract, SP requires access to your:
   • first name
   • last name
   • email address
3. SP will cache these values for up to 90 days
4. At any time that Contract is still valid, SP may refresh any or all of this information, at which point a new 90-day cache period begins
5. SP will not forward or share your data with anyone else, other than:
   • in aggregate form (e.g., number of users)
   • SP will display your first and last name on some pages available only to other authenticated members
6. SP will not email you unless you request so, e.g. by opting in to a mailing list
